Terms and Conditions – DuPont™ Zorvec® Enicade® fungicide Seminis Spinach Rebate

• This promotion is offered to spinach-growing customers who have a direct account with Monsanto Vegetable Seeds in Australia. It is not available to seed distributors or customers from New Zealand.
• The rebate is set at 5% of the net value of spinach seed orders of 40 bags (40,000MK) or more.
• The rebate will be applied as a credit note against outstanding balances on the customer’s account by 31 March 2017.
• This promotion is only available on Seminis spinach seed ordered and delivered from January 9 to February 28, 2017.
• This promotion can be claimed on any variety of Seminis spinach seed as long as the variety is in stock during the promotion month and the minimum order of 40 bags is made and received in one transaction during the promotion month.
• To qualify, customers must undertake all of the following steps:
  1. Order and receive delivery of 40 or more bags of Seminis spinach seed in one transaction over August. Cut off dates for orders to guarantee February 28 Delivery are: Victoria 26 February, Queensland and Tasmania 25 February.
  2. Let Monsanto Vegetable Seeds know of your intention to claim the Zorvec® Enicade® Rebate when you place your order.
  3. Purchase Zorvec® Enicade® from any Dupont distributor within 30 days of either side of the Seminis Spinach order.
  4. Provide Monsanto Vegetable Seeds with proof of purchase of Zorvec® Enicade® within 30 days of the Seminis Spinach order.
• The Zorvec® Enicade® rebate can be claimed alongside other trade discounts, rebates and promotions offered by Monsanto Vegetable Seeds.
• Monsanto is not in a position to offer any warranties concerning the quality or suitability of Zorvec® Enicade® any purpose.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, Monsanto excludes and expressly disclaims any and all representations, warranties and guarantees (including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose) in relation to Zorvec® Enicade®, or the accuracy of any information about Zorvec® Enicade® provided by its manufacturer.
• By claiming a rebate in accordance with these terms, you acknowledge and agree that you have exercised your own judgment in electing to purchase Zorvec® Enicade® rather than relying on any representation made by or on behalf of Monsanto.
